Our core man and van service is charged by the hour, with a two-hour minimum on most jobs. You only pay for the time you use.
Every job comes with a two-person crew — deliveries, single items and full loads alike.
Furniture, stairs and awkward access all need two pairs of hands — so we never send one.
Four hours £340, eight hours £640 — fixed, all-in, two movers. Between the two it is the half day plus £89/hr for the extra hours, never more than the full day.

More than one item, or a part-load? That's priced on our man and van rate of £89/hr (two-person crew, two-hour minimum); a full van-load or house move is a fixed all-in quote. Congestion Charge (£18) is passed through only where it applies — our vans are ULEZ-compliant, so there is never a ULEZ surcharge.

Priced by piece and size. Each price is one piece on its own. More than one piece on the same visit? Add them up and take £50 off for each extra piece — a 2-seater plus a mattress comes to £120 outside or £150 carried out; a three-piece suite (a 3-seater and two armchairs) comes to £135 or £165. Carrying it out adds £30 per job — any room, any floor, stairs and no-lift flats included: about 20 minutes of our £89/hr two-person crew, the same whether it is a 2-seater from the front room or a corner sofa down two flights. Every price is all-in: the specialist POPs disposal that upholstered furniture legally needs is already inside the figure, and nothing is added on the day.
Single items & eco disposal fees
Fridges, freezers and a few other items carry a recycling fee for legally required specialist disposal. Add these to the load prices above. Sofas, armchairs and mattresses are not on this list — their disposal cost is already inside the all-in sofa & mattress prices above, so nothing is added to those.

Collecting a single item on its own? An upholstered item or mattress is all-in and priced by piece and size — a 2-seater £95 kerbside or £125 if we carry it out, an armchair from £65, a mattress from £75. Anything else is the £95 minimum call-out plus any eco fee above — still cheaper than a skip, and we do all the lifting.
How our pricing works
Every price on this page is a "from" guide price — the honest starting point for that type of job. The final figure depends on a few simple things: how much there is, how many people it needs, how easy the access is (stairs, lifts, parking) and how far we travel. We fix the price before we start, so there is never a surprise on the day.
For household and garden waste we charge by the load fraction — the share of the van your waste fills — which keeps it simple and transparent. Heavy builders' waste is priced by weight, because rubble and soil weigh far more than they take up. For removals and deliveries we charge by the hour, with a fixed all-in quote for full moves. Disposal, loading and responsible recycling are always included in the price.

How much does a man and van cost per hour?
Man and van hire is £89 per hour and always comes with two movers, so every job has the muscle it needs. Most local moves take 2–4 hours, and we confirm a fixed price before we start.
How much does a courier delivery cost in London?
It depends on the item and the distance, but you always get a fixed price up front. A single item within the M25 starts from £55. Outside the M25 it is £1.90 a loaded mile with a £95 minimum, so Brighton (60 miles) is £114 and Manchester (200 miles) is £380 — one item, one driver, collected today. Do you offer same-day and urgent courier delivery?
Yes — a dedicated same-day van adds £40 to any job. We put a van on the road for you today and take your item straight from A to B, rather than waiting for a shared backload route. Send the collection and delivery postcodes by phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm a fixed price in minutes (same-day slots are subject to availability).
Can you collect something I bought on eBay or Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Marketplace collection and delivery starts from £45 — send us the seller's postcode and your address, and we will collect the item, do all the lifting and deliver it to you, usually the same or next day. Ideal for furniture and bulky buys that will not fit in a car.
How much is IKEA or store collection and delivery?
From £55 for a standard IKEA or store click-and-collect order brought to your door in London — handy when you cannot get to the store or your car will not take flat-packs and furniture. Larger orders, or collections from two stores, are quoted on the number of items.
Is there a minimum charge?
Most man and van jobs have a two-hour minimum. Rubbish removal starts from an £95 minimum charge, which covers the call-out, loading and responsible disposal of a small load — with single bulky items collected from that minimum plus any eco fee.
Are there any hidden extras?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges, no mileage add-ons within our service area, and no congestion or ULEZ surprises — our vans are compliant and any known charges are included in the quote.
How do I get a fixed price?
