More than one item, or a part-load? That's priced on our man and van rate from £65/hr (two-hour minimum); a full van-load or house move is a fixed all-in quote. Congestion Charge (£18) is passed through only where it applies — our vans are ULEZ-compliant, so there is never a ULEZ surcharge.

For rubbish and waste removal you pay for the space your waste fills in the van — or, for heavy builders' waste, by weight. We do all the loading and lifting. No skip, no permit, no hidden fees.

How our pricing works
Every price on this page is a "from" guide price — the honest starting point for that type of job. The final figure depends on a few simple things: how much there is, how many people it needs, how easy the access is (stairs, lifts, parking) and how far we travel. We fix the price before we start, so there is never a surprise on the day.
For household and garden waste we charge by the load fraction — the share of the van your waste fills — which keeps it simple and transparent. Heavy builders' waste is priced by weight, because rubble and soil weigh far more than they take up. For removals and deliveries we charge by the hour, with a fixed all-in quote for full moves. Disposal, loading and responsible recycling are always included in the price.

How much does a man and van cost per hour?
Man and van hire starts from £65 per hour for a van and one driver, or from £95 per hour with two movers for heavier jobs. Most local moves take 2–4 hours, and we confirm a fixed price before we start.
How much does a courier delivery cost in London?
It depends on the item and the distance, but you always get a fixed price up front. A single item delivered locally within the M25 starts from £55, regional runs of up to about 50 miles from £99, and long-distance UK deliveries from £189. Do you offer same-day and urgent courier delivery?
Yes — a dedicated same-day van adds £40 to any job. We put a van on the road for you today and take your item straight from A to B, rather than waiting for a shared backload route. Send the collection and delivery postcodes by phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm a fixed price in minutes (same-day slots are subject to availability).
Can you collect something I bought on eBay or Facebook Marketplace?
Yes. Marketplace collection and delivery starts from £45 — send us the seller's postcode and your address, and we will collect the item, do all the lifting and deliver it to you, usually the same or next day. Ideal for furniture and bulky buys that will not fit in a car.
How much is IKEA or store collection and delivery?
From £55 for a standard IKEA or store click-and-collect order brought to your door in London — handy when you cannot get to the store or your car will not take flat-packs and furniture. Larger orders, or collections from two stores, are quoted on the number of items.
Is there a minimum charge?
Most man and van jobs have a two-hour minimum. Rubbish removal starts from an £95 minimum charge, which covers the call-out, loading and responsible disposal of a small load — with single bulky items collected from that minimum plus any eco fee.
Are there any hidden extras?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges, no mileage add-ons within our service area, and no congestion or ULEZ surprises — our vans are compliant and any known charges are included in the quote.
How do I get a fixed price?
