Our weekend service runs the full range of man and van work on Saturdays and Sundays — house and flat moves, furniture and appliance deliveries, single items and clear-outs — with a two-person crew and a Luton van, booked for the day that suits you.
Because weekends book up fastest, a little notice helps us hold your ideal slot, but we also keep some same-weekend availability for last-minute jobs. Weekend traffic in London is generally kinder than the weekday rush, and many permit-street parking restrictions ease at weekends, which can make the whole move quicker. Booking a weekend move without losing the slot
Weekend demand is not spread evenly. The end of the month is when most tenancies turn over, so the last Saturday of any month is the hardest slot in the calendar to get, and the first Saturday is not far behind. If your date is flexible, the middle two weekends of a month are easier to book and easier to book early in the day, which matters because a morning start gives you the whole afternoon to unpack.
Sunday is the underrated option. The roads are quieter than Saturday, parking is easier almost everywhere in London, and availability is better. The catch is that some buildings prohibit Sunday moves and a few councils have different parking rules — both are worth checking before you settle on the day rather than after.
- End of month is busiest. The last Saturday of a month is the single hardest slot to get. Book it weeks ahead.
- Sunday is quieter. Less traffic, easier parking, better availability. Check your building allows it.
- No weekend premium. The rate is the same seven days a week.
- Morning starts. An early slot leaves you the afternoon to unpack, which matters more than it sounds.
